Art Houses Subdivision

Design of a mixed housing subdivision for hypothetical 10-acre site. The project uses a art minimalism and a Texas Western theme to create unique murals for every individual house. Key features include orienting lawn scupltures, amenity with coworking, Gen-Z pavilions, co-living townhomes.

By providing a diversity of unit types, this community enables you to live in the same neighborhood as your friends and neighbors and you can live your entire life here as your housing needs change.
