Construct an 8 1/2-foot-tall statue of a chihuahua to be the art icon for the Chihuahua House and guards over the front lawn at this corner of Chihuahua St. The statue is based on a 10-inch-tall graffitied chihuahua that serves as the brand and identity for the house. The statue is the loudest blue color to balance out a two-story graffiti mural on the house to represent the icon being exploded and distributed in the space.
