Design a 502-bed residence hall for Palm Beach Atlantic University. This hall is designed using double occupancy bedroom apartment style units with shared bathrooms. The building is built using concrete tunnel form construction which informed the shape and module of the unit design. Amenity space for this building includes a small multi-purpose room, lounges, and end studies with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean bookending each floor community. The architecture reflects the strong Mizner influence on campus elevations and horizontal window mullion pattern established in several campus academic buildings.
